Service KPIs

Computed live from all saved encounters. Set a date range for monthly reporting.

Database / backend

This is exactly what is stored — one row per patient, and one row per encounter. When Supabase sync is on, these same rows live in your patients and encounters tables.

HMIS / EMR Report

Copy and paste into HMIS. Works even if some sections are unfilled — they show as not completed.

My details (for audit)

Saved on this device and stamped to every panel you sign. Editable anytime.

Staff & roles

Everyone with a login is listed here. Choose each person's role — it decides which sections they see first and what they're allowed to do. Set someone to Inactive when they leave; their past entries stay intact.

To add a new person, first create their login in Supabase → Authentication → Users (email + password, tick “Auto Confirm User”). They will then appear in this list.

New patient / encounter

Enter MR number. If the patient already exists, a new follow-up visit is added to their timeline.
